Luminary is an AI-powered companion for Genshin Impact. It reads your actual roster — characters, weapons, artifacts, and constellations — and gives personalized recommendations for team comps, builds, artifact farming, and pull planning.

Connect your HoYoLab account by signing in with HoYoLab. Luminary receives session cookies, stores them encrypted, and uses them to sync your account data and perform features you enable, such as daily check-in. Our AI uses your roster and game context to provide tailored advice. Ask any question in natural language, like "What's the best team for Spiral Abyss Floor 12 with my characters?"

Yes. Free includes AI Advisor and Deep, manual roster sync and account tools, with 10 Ink each month. You need at least 5 available Ink to start an AI request, and are charged for actual usage. Automatic sync and daily check-in require Dolphin or Whaler.

Luminary is available on iOS and Android. A web version is planned for the future.

You sign in on HoYoLab's own page. Luminary does not receive or store your HoYoLab password, but it does receive session cookies that authorize access to your account. We store these cookies encrypted and use them for account sync and features you enable, including daily check-in.

Luminary accesses your roster, Adventure Rank, combat progress, and account details such as resin, expeditions and daily commissions through HoYoLab. Some of this requires your session cookies and is not public. We also process your Luminary chat messages and subscription or purchase records to provide those services. We do not collect your HoYoLab password or private in-game messages.

Yes. Use Settings > Delete Account in the app, or contact support. Successful deletion removes your profile, synced game data, chats and stored HoYoLab cookies from the active account database. Some records remain for purchase auditing and deletion cooldowns, and backup or service-provider copies may remain. See our account deletion guide and Privacy Policy for details.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data with service providers that operate features such as AI responses, hosting, analytics, advertising and purchase verification. For example, AI providers receive your question and relevant game context. Our Privacy Policy describes these services and the data they process.

Luminary uses advanced AI models trained on current game data, community theorycrafting, and your actual roster stats. While no AI is perfect, our recommendations are grounded in real data and are continuously improving.

Yes. Luminary works with all Genshin Impact servers: Asia, North America, Europe, and TW/HK/MO.

Tier lists rank characters in a vacuum. Luminary looks at YOUR specific characters — their levels, weapons, artifact stats, and constellations — and recommends teams and builds that work with what you actually have built.

Yes! Luminary analyzes the current Abyss rotation (enemies, ley line disorders) and your roster to recommend teams you can actually run. It considers character investment levels and suggests the best combinations for each half.

Dolphin includes 50 Ink for $2.99/week, 120 Ink for $4.99/month, or 1,450 Ink for $49.99/year. Whaler includes unlimited AI with no Ink requirement or deduction for $8.99/week, $18.99/month, or $169.99/year. The US yearly Whaler price saves 25% compared with 12 monthly payments. Google Play offers this yearly price now; the App Store yearly price starts October 17, 2026. Both add automatic roster sync and automatic daily HoYoLab check-in. Every tier has the same foreground Advisor capabilities, including Deep. These are US base prices for new subscribers; your store confirms the local price before purchase, and savings may differ by currency. Existing Whaler subscribers also receive unlimited AI.

Free and Dolphin use Ink based on actual AI and tool usage. Free needs at least 5 available Ink to start; Dolphin needs any positive balance. The starting requirement is not a minimum charge. Requests already admitted can finish without putting your balance into debt. Whaler uses no Ink. Plan allowance and upgrade carryover are spent before purchased Ink.

Yes. Refill packs add 50 Ink for $3.99, 120 for $5.99, 250 for $9.99, or 500 for $17.99, at US base prices. Purchased Ink never expires and repeated purchases add up. A refill does not change your tier or unlock premium automation. Purchased Ink remains saved while Whaler is active.

Purchased Ink stays in your wallet through upgrades, renewals, cancellation and expiration. When an upgrade takes effect, unused plan allowance carries over until the new plan's next renewal or expiration. Ordinary renewals reset the plan allowance. Plan allowance and carryover are used before purchased Ink.

Yes, anytime. Manage your subscription through the App Store or Google Play. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

No. Free includes AI Advisor and Deep as well as manual roster sync and account tracking. Dolphin adds a larger Ink allowance and automation; Whaler adds unlimited AI and automation. You can also refill Ink on Free without changing your tier.

Weigh the character against the roles your account already covers, then check where your pity sits and whether a guarantee is active. If they fill a real gap and the cost is reasonable, pull; otherwise save. Luminary makes this call from your actual roster and pity.

Field two teams that each clear their half fast without dying, matched to the current rotation's enemies. Most accounts gain the most stars by placing well-invested characters in the right half rather than chasing new units. Luminary plans both halves from your roster and the live rotation.

Lock in correct main stats first, then chase the substats that actually scale the character you're building, and fix the single weakest piece before re-farming a whole set. Luminary grades your builds and ranks fixes by how much damage they buy.
