Delete Account

How to delete your account

1. Open the Luminary app. Launch Luminary on your device and sign in to your account.
2. Go to Settings. Tap the Settings tab in the bottom navigation bar (rightmost icon).
3. Scroll to the bottom. Scroll down past all settings options until you see the Log Out button.
4. Tap "Delete Account". Tap the Delete Account button and confirm when prompted. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

Successful account deletion removes the following data from the active account database:

• Your profile, nickname, and preferences
• Character roster and game sync data
• Chat history and AI conversation data
• Active subscription status and Ink balance in Luminary
• HoYoLab session cookies (stored encrypted)

Records that may remain

We retain purchase and financial audit records, with the account link removed where supported. We also keep a deletion record with your account identifier, email when available, and deletion time to enforce the 30-day account re-creation cooldown. This is not a 30-day recovery period or a promise to erase those records after 30 days.

Backup and service-provider copies may remain after active account data is deleted. Contact support about retained copies or the status of your deletion request, and read our Privacy Policy for more detail.

Before you delete

• This action is permanent. The app does not offer an undo period for account deletion.
• Active subscriptions are not automatically cancelled. Please cancel your subscription through the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
• 30-day cooldown. After deletion, you cannot create a new account with the same email for 30 days.
